About OTVC
Angie started Over the Valley Consulting (OTVC) to help companies “bridge” the gap to federal contracting success. Angie is a federal acquisition expert with 17 years of GovCon experience, and who has advised hundreds of emerging technology and small business contractors through complex contracting processes. At GSA, Angie oversaw over $7 billion in SBIR/STTR and CSO contracts and led a team of 40+ acquisition professionals, creating commercialization and prime contracting pathways for new industry entrants to the federal market. Angie was the primary author of GSA’s CSO authority process and policy, and has a deep understanding of the role that streamlined and non-traditional acquisition pathways will play in government contracting moving forward. Angie holds an MBA and undergraduate degrees from Virginia Tech, and previously worked at McKinsey & Company.
